Lifetime Achievement Award
Criteria: Someone who has had an extensive career in the health care purchasing and supply function and throughout has made an exceptional contribution to the Health Care Supply Association, the purchasing and supply profession or to his/ her organisation(s).
This might include one or a number of the following - e.g. someone who:
- Has been at the forefront of strategic change
- Has made a significant contribution to the health care supply profession or the HCSA
- Has significantly raised the profile of the profession, the HCSA or their organisation(s)
- Has consistently demonstrated exceptional achievement over a substantial period
- Has performed their role (strategic or operational) to a level of excellence and with dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism, over a number of years, directly or indirectly supporting colleagues to deliver frontline patient care
Nominations for this award are not restricted to members of the Association and can be made on behalf of anyone working at any level in the health care purchasing and supply function. The nomination must be proposed and seconded by members of the Association.
